Our wellbeing sessions

Our sessions offer children and young people a chance you step away from screens and enjoy calm, creative and uplifting experiences. Each session brings together a mix of activities such as relaxing nature walks, mindful colouring, gentle yoga and simple breathing exercises.  All designed to support mental health and encourage self-expression. We also include friendly, age- appropriate chats about resilience, stress and self-care, giving young people tools to then carry with the, in everyday life. Most importantly, these sessions provide a safe, welcoming space where everyone can feel at ease, make new friends and build habits for lifelong wellbeing. 

Nature walks with bingo

Step away from screens and into the fresh air! Our guided nature walks are a great way to disconnect from technology and reconnect with the world around you.

These sessions combine gentle walking with fun outdoor bingo games, encouraging physical activity, observation skills, and a deeper appreciation for nature. It’s all about slowing down, being present, and enjoying the simple things—together.

Mindfulness colouring

Take a break and unwind with our mindfulness colouring sessions—a calming activity designed to help reduce stress and encourage self-expression.

In a relaxed setting, young people can enjoy quiet time to focus, breathe, and get creative with colours and patterns. It’s a simple yet powerful way to slow down, ease anxious thoughts, and boost mood through art.

No artistic skills needed—just bring yourself and enjoy the moment.

Chats about stress and anxiety

Relaxed, informal chats focused on anxiety and stress—common challenges for many young people today.

These small group discussions will provide a safe, supportive space to talk, listen, and share experiences (only if comfortable). Led by a friendly facilitator, the sessions aim to help young people feel heard, understood, and equipped with simple tools to manage everyday stress.

No pressure, no judgement—just real conversations that can make a real difference.

Gentle yoga

Join us for calming gentle yoga sessions designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

These beginner-friendly classes focus on slow movements, stretching, and breathing techniques to help improve flexibility, release tension, and promote relaxation.

It’s a great way to reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and leave feeling refreshed—no experience needed, just come as you are.
